Events

Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Basal Social.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.

By attending an event, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own diabetes management, medical supplies, and personal health needs.

Products

All merchandise is made to order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement.

All content, branding, designs, and materials on this website are the property of The Basal Social and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our printing partner.

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

By attending a Basal Social event, you consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded for promotional and community purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify the event host upon arrival.
